Construction Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, proposals, filing, and documents

  • Modify documents such as reports and memos

  • Accurate data entry into various programs and accounting systems

  • Other Administrative tasks as assigned such as filing, scheduling, and travel arrangements

  • Directing calls and general administrative responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Pay dependent on experience.
